⋆ Commissioners do NOT have the right to sell or distribute my work unless payment for the rights are specifically given.

⋆ Giving up the rights to my work is a particular scenario that requires appropriate discussion and agreement in writing that does not apply to my standard commission terms.

⋆ I draw from procreate so I will send a PNG of the drawing.

⋆ Payment is through Venmo

⋆ I will begin once the commission is paid full upfront or paid in half (the remaining balance shall be paid before I send the final output).

⋆ The commission time depends on a lot of factors, but it usually takes around a week to a month depending on my schedule and the commission itself.

⋆ However I am a minor and attend school. Because of this, I cannot promise that my production won't be hindered and it may cause a delay.

⋆ If there are any delays because of unanticipated events, I will get in touch with the commissioner and make arrangements for additional time to finish the piece.
