Rights:

  • ⋆ No cancelation/refunds after sketch

  • ⋆ pls no scam me

  • ⋆ Prices are subject to change due to variation in demand.

  • ⋆ Do not sell, steal, trace, or heavily reference my art without my consent.

  • ⋆ I hold the rights to my own artwork no matter what the content it depicts, other OC's or otherwise.

  • ⋆ My commissions are strictly for personal use/ for their discussed purpose.

  • ⋆ Upon payment, I give the commissioner permission to edit, repost, print, and share any artwork created for them with proper credit.

  • ⋆ Commercial or Business use without prior arrangement and compensation is forbidden.

  • ⋆ Commissioners do NOT have the right to sell or distribute my work unless payment for the rights are specifically given.

  • ⋆ Giving up the rights to my work is a particular scenario that requires appropriate discussion and agreement in writing that does not apply to my standard commission terms.

  • ⋆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request I feel uncomfortable with no matter the content.

  • ⋆ I reserve my right to turn down orders that I do not deem fit for me to do.

Commissions Include:

  • ⋆ Digital art

  • ⋆ I draw from clip studio paint/procreate so I will send a PNG of the drawing.

  • ⋆ I can also do other forms that csp/procreate allows (just tell me!).

  • ⋆ I can also oil paint, if you are interesting in that pls dm separately! Will have different prices*

Payment:

  • ⋆ Payment is through Venmo ONLY @kyllato

  • ⋆ I will send the final output when I get paid in full!

  • ⋆ If the payment is over $20 I would like for half to be sent after the sketch is approved, and the rest after finishing

Time frame:

  • ⋆ The commission time depends on a lot of factors, but it usually takes around a few days to a month depending on my schedule and the commission itself.

  • ⋆ However I am a minor and attend school. Because of this, I cannot promise that my production won't be hindered and it may cause a delay.

  • ⋆ If there are any delays because of unanticipated events, I will get in touch with the commissioner and make arrangements for additional time to finish the piece.

  • ⋆ If the project is needed asap, IMMEDIATELY contact me so I can make appropriate arrangements.
